This page explains how users can request the deletion of their Artana account and associated data.

How to delete your account

If you would like to delete your Artana account, please send a request by email to:

office@artana.ro

Please include the email address connected to your Artana account so we can identify your account.

What data will be deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, including where applicable:

• Your user account information
• Your uploaded or saved video records
• Your tags and comments
• Your group memberships and invitations
• Your video sharing records

Processing time

We aim to process account deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving the request.

Data we may need to keep

Some limited data may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
